What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can make, change or cancel appointments through the secure portal. Please note, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session fee.
Do you offer sliding scale/reduced rate spots?
Yes, there are a very limited number of reduced rate spots available for clients with financial need. These sessions are 45 minute sessions offered at the 30 minute session rate, or ultra-low cost sessions for those with the greatest financial need are offered through a partnership with Open Path Collective. Because there are only a limited number of sliding scale spots available, in order to ensure that the reduced rate spots are reserved for those with the greatest need, sliding scale eligibility will be assessed quarterly.
Do you accept Insurance?
Chandler Therapy Group is an Out of Network (OON) provider. You are able to receive a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for OON reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly to obtain information about your coverage for OON therapy. OON reimbursement rates vary greatly by policy, receipt of a superbill does not guarantee full or partial reimbursement. Please note, a superbill for insurance purposes requires a diagnosis.
